Push and pull through the palate, buidling a sense of contrast and momentum, juicy and rich texture, this is powerful, with apricot puree, white truffles, grilled almonds, citrus and peach flesh. Excellent grip though the palate.

The vintage
2021 will be an unforgettable vintage for Sigalas Rabaud teams...In one night of frost, most of the production was lost. Thanks to its soils made of gravel on clay, the remaining grapes were able to reach an optimal maturity with a great acidity. The noble rot developed slowly, taking advantage of the light rain in
September and the sun in October. This vintage, although challenging in many ways for the teams, has highlighted the magic of the great terroirs and produced a Great Sigalas Rabaud, precise and brillant.
Tasting notes
The nose is expressive and opens up with intense aromas of fresh white fruits, white flowers, grilled almonds and mint notes. The smooth and delicate palate displays a great amplitude and is extended by a very elegant acidity. The finish shows a beautiful intensity of flavors. Château Sigalas Rabaud 2021, lively and elegant, promised a remarkable aging capacity !
